"I have nothing but praise for Muttnik Inc. I have 2 dogs and when my wife suggested that we go on holiday, I scrambled to find someone to take care of our babies. I searched the internet and called several companies throughout the lower Vancouver mainland. Very few companies returned my calls. The few that did were very curt and only interested in how much I was willing to pay for their care.
Rani, of Muttnik, was different. Her first questions were about the dogs... ages, breed, personalities. Next came questions about my situation. To make a long story short, Rani displayed her care and interest in my dogs and took the time to ensure that I felt comfortable with her and the negotiated service which she custom priced for my situation. Forms were few but to-the-point on important questions. I received updates on my dogs via email and we maintained a friend relationship vs. a business relationship. I felt completely relaxed on my holiday.
