We are a unique dog-loving company solely dedicated to the health and well being of our canine companions. Muttnik Inc’s mission is to continue to build on its professional dog services foundation and to continually strive for excellence above and beyond the call of duty across western Canada.

Muttniks vision is to be the most professional and knowledgeable dog services company in western Canada. With offices in Metro Vancouver, Muttnik has a clear vision and attainable goals to ensure we continually strive for excellence and maintain a leadership role in the pet services industry in western Canada.

History

Founded in 2006, Muttnik Inc. has grown from a company of two to a company of ten and growing. Each canine care professional is trained and mentored and encouraged to continue educating themselves about our canine wards. Muttnik is always looking forward and we work together with our clients to ensure our services remain world class.

The company name Muttnik comes from the original dog adventurers from the 1950’s and 1960’s – the first dogs in space. Dubbed “Muttniks” by the American press, they paved the way for human space exploration – and fearlessly went ‘where no man has gone before…”

At Muttnik, we try to honour this tradition of canine adventure every day. We visit different parks throughout the city to offer your dog new chances to explore. He will meet familiar friends and run off all of his crazy energy that he stores up waiting for you at home.

Safety, flexibility, small group walks, on-leash and off, excellent communication, respect for our parks and genuine caring and love for your canine companion make Muttnik the only choice for dog walking in Calgary.
